  1. There are some hard to get areas which require gymnastics skills! As you progress you buy another and another. Perhaps if you vary clothing. For textured rollers, I believe Rumbleroller is in a class of its own. Capable of enacting deep tissue change (and bruising).

  2. The lighter blue OTPT roller comes in different radius sizes. Which one do you recommend when using also for some core exercise exercises? 36 x 4 and 36 x 6

  3. Thanks for this video. I also notice my body feels better and works better when I spend some time rolling every day. “Consistency is key to mastery”.

I think the Rumble Roller is great and the soft, super soft and medium density foam rollers are all great too. I just depends what you need and/or want in the moment.

Wisdom for the ages: “Everything is “energy”. Delete the words “pain”, “painful”, “hurts”, and “it hurts” from your memory/vocabulary/data banks. Call them “intense sensations” or “strong sensations” instead (or “strong energy/intense phenomena”).

Even better is to “look through “all labels””… and simply “be with/experience/feel” the “energy/sensations/phenomena” as it is/they are… in the moment… (from moment to moment).

As one masters this with the super soft, soft and medium density rollers… one can use these same techniques more and more easily and more and more masterfully with the firmer and extra firm density rollers as well… including the spikey ones.

It’s good to have options (different density foam rollers) in getting myofacial muscle (muscle knots/tension tightness) release quickly and easily.
