  1. Hi guys I have 2 of yours and love them when they are useable. Mine the metal section that holds the tips in place gets very hot and tips just spit out. I was using on my neck and ended up having the metal hit my skin and was very hot. Not what I wish to happen. Hope you monitor this as the manufacturer needs to know this and I tried to message them through where I purchased but no response from direct message nor through the online store.
